The telecommunications guy at my work place mentioned this one to me.  I'm stumped.  It is an old black and white horror or sci-fi film.  A doctor, a nurse and an assistant are talking about something.  One of the characters says the following.

"Theres obviously some explanation, but will it happen again?"

That's all I have, sorry.  I'll see if I can dig up more.
