-See more action
-use of explosives and tanks
-All the hackers in one fight scene showing different moves

-More blood and guts like in Desperados
-Use of handcannon
-face ripped off by hand cannon

Probable:

- A better script (the mix between action and philosophy needed some trimming if you ask me).
- More and more spectacular wire fu.
- Carrie Ann Moss naked (a man can dream!)
- Jet Li at his best.

Not likely at all:

- Keanu Reeves acting!

Entertainment (seeing that the first on was an absolute bore)

Maybe it should have someone going back in time and stopping ALL that happened in the first one.

- ultra-thin plot
- extremely irritating acting
- babbling some 2nd rate SF doomsday conspirationist "philosophy"
- gore and martial arts
- evil robotrons who want to rule the world

Completely improbable:
- Carrie Ann Moss showing some skin (which would make the movie irresponsibly entertaining).
