I remember a flick with I think Anton Diffring as a scientist who becomes in effect an electrical monster, frying anybody  he comes into contact with.  Or maybe it was not Diffring, memory is now suggesting someone else, but what the hell is the name of this one??  60's Hammer, I think.

Are you sure about the star? First two I thought of were THE PROJECTED MAN, and the older Lon Chaney Jr. classic MAN MADE MONSTER.
