RIP Gary.  From the article, it sounds like his life was pretty tumultuous, but I'll always remember him with a smile on his face.

He seemed like a troubled soul in his latter years.  I hope he is at peace now.

I think Gary was the first celebrity I really ever liked.  I remember being about three or four and watching new episodes of Diff'rent Strokes with my family.  It was one of the first shows I remember liking as a kid.  That and Punky Brewster.

Think I might check Hulu or some other websites and see if I can watch old episodes.

R.I.P. Gary. You left us way too soon. :bluesad: You'll always remain an 80s icon for me and I'm sure many others.

RIP Gary.  It's kind of aggravating seeing so many tasteless jokes on sites like IMDB and whatnot.

I agreed with you Pilgermann on Yahoo people still making fun of his death with his trademark he hasn't done in two decades. R.I.P Gary another great star I grew up on in the 70's and 80's gone forever like Dixie Carter and now Dennis Hopper. :bluesad:
