Hey guys!
Guess I got one to throw onto the fire now.. I remember seeing this flick back in probably the mid-to-late-eighties on tv that I'm pretty sure was a made-for-tv film.  There was a mom with at least one kid (in fact I think it may have just been one) who is clearly not right in the head.. I think she kept raw meat in the fridge and stabbed it for no reason.. also, she injected her kid's rice krispies squares with some weird liquid.  At the end she envisions being harassed as a child at school and goes to a kid's playground, takes out a gun and shoots a whole lot of kids.  During a standoff with the police I believe she is shot and killed.
Weird flick.. I'm pretty sure it was based on a true story.

Flowers in the Attic?

I forget how that one ended but it had adults poisoning kids' food and I think it was made for TV in the 80s.

Nope, not Flowers, but thanks.
No, that was a legitimate theatrical release.  I saw it and it was pretty bad.

I have seen this. It is a true story. I saw it on Lifetime. It has valerie bertinnelli. sp? She goes to college and just flips out. She didnt have any kids though. She was baby sitting. I am gonna go look it up now.

Was it Murder of Innocence? I had to go look it up. It sounds just like it.

That is definitely it.. thanks a million!
Wasn't as old as I thought it was, I guess.
