An Edward D. Wood Jr.'s Masterpiece. Deserves no recommendation. The main actress was a prostitute in the real life.

The LEGEND which outshines even the worst movies EVER. And it's highly entertaining.

I hear there's this film called 'Star Wars' that dosen't get the recognition it deserves.

Frankly, if I had the choice of watching Plan 9 ten times in a row or Star Wars ten times in a row, I'd pick Plan 9 without hesitation.

"Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either. Just pretty much leave me the hell alone."

Mr. Muddang

you are right.

Star Wars is s**tty. But masses love it.

Ultimately, you are right again. I preffer a bad movie compared to one having the nerve to call itself a "SciFi classic".

systemcr4sh

yeah whats up with star wars. I don't have anything against movies about space or whatever, but I absolutley HATE star wars. Everyone I know thinks I'm crazy.

Wait a minute, hang on - The lead actree was a PROSTITUTE? Holy crap! Was it Vampira, or Mona McKinnon?

nshumate

Well, maybe you ARE crazy.  I mean, at least entertain the hypothesis.

Vampira!!! (Im just guessing).

The real Star Wars are very good. These new ones suck it up. The force must be unbalanced or something...

"Madam, if you were my wife, I would drink it."

I'll try to remember to avoid using sarcasm in future. I think it crashed somewhere in the Atlantic.

Hrrmmm...The Sarcasm, only for the good you must use.

Anybody see "Ed Wood", the movie about his life?? Fascinating.

So much for following your dreams, even if other people say you can't achieve them...sometimes, as in the case of Ed Wood, they are dead on right.

At least he got to do what he wanted to do, sort of, even if it didn't turn out so great.

Also, I guess I can understand why people bag on the new Star Wars movies, but I CAN'T understand people who do so using the criticism that the original 3 were great classics that the new ones fail to live up to.  I never thought they were. Tremendously entertaining, sure, but great movies?? I dunno...

Scott

Plan 9 from Outer Space and Ed Wood are the spirit of movie making. It gives us the idea "Hey, I could do that".
