I've been trying to find this little film forever (I guess I could've posted something in the What Was That Film? forum)!  I think I originally saw it late at night during USA Up All Night or something, it was shown in between a couple of movies.  But my goodness it freaked me out, especially once the little guy starts getting happy with the knife.
