A series of wierd commercials

I once watched a movie that seemed to mostly be a series of very weird satirical commercials with a thin subplot about someone trying to take over the world...there were shots of some generals in a conference room or something between the commercials...the ending I think was the writers (?) tossing television sets or something

would love it if someone knew what it was called.

American Raspberry sounds like strong candidate, I just can't remember any bit about throwing televisions, but I haven't seen it in a long time and may not have seen the whole thing.
