Ultra dumb but good later Ed Wood/ AC Stephen effort. I figured because no one talks about it that much or Something Weird didn't release it that it probably wasn't that good, but it actually is for what it is, a really really cheap exploitation movie. It moves better than many others. If you like stuff like Black hairdresser or whatever that movie was called check this out though it didn't have nearly as much sex. Similar bad karate though and fairly frequent nudity including some  hot hippy chicks.

plot: A fairly hot sort of vacant looking girl is sent to jail when her boyfriend robs a liquor store. There she meets up with 4 hell raisin' girls: a white girl and black girl who are always at each others throats, a butch lesbian who immediately forces herself on the first girl and some other girl who's also prone to sex and violence. They escape and head out to recover some money the one girl had hidden way before she got sent up.

The print is crappy and the dialogue is ridiculous, Wood must have written it. You have to turn the volume way up to hear it because the original audio is bad. I really enjoyed it though.  

as you may remember from that book Ed Wood is actually in it once as Pops the overall wearing farmer guy and I believe again as a cop. It looked like him anyway.

This is nice AC Stephen gem. The movie does move well and it also stars one of my all time fave 70s sleaze actresses Rene Bond.
I also liked a lot of Stephens earlier Black and White stuff like Office Love In and Suburbia Confidential. Something Weird put out a nice double feature of those films.
Thanks for reminding me of this one, I will have to dig it out for a replay.
