Yongary: monster from the deep

I guess this was remade fairly recently, but I only saw the old one, which was a really low quality godzilla type thing with all the toy tanks and stuff.  It had what i think you'd have to call a "B movie moment" where Yongary starts dancing and this surf guitar music starts playing.  The little kid starts laughing and goes "Yeah!! Go Yongary!!"

It almost sounds like a Firesign Theatre parody -- "Young Guy:  Moto Detective!"
Was it Japanese, ie, real kaiju?  It sounds like another nationality.

Korean, I do believe and this is one movie I'm proud to own the LD of, a double bill with The X from Outer Space!
