From my understanding, this was more of promotial material for the first game and it serves as sort of a prequel to the first game.  I heard that on a special edition of the first game you'll find these videos, but it's been a while since I've heard that so who knows.  F.E.A.R.'s wiki says nothing about it being available on any game though.
