A neat post popped up at the IMDB on their "I Need To Know" board.  The person asked about movies where Satan, demons, devils, or plain evil creatures sing.  It interested me, so I posted a couple of responses.  However, I know that there are a lot of good additions to this list.

My IMDB post:
Let me give you a special treat to hunt down and watch: "Forbidden Zone" (1980). That would be Danny Elfman as Satan, singing a tune that he loves to adapt for his soundtracks.

"The Hobbit" and "Return of the King" (both animated) have singing evil monsters.

"The Nightmare Before Christmas."

Demons and devils danced to music in "Fantasia." There are also dancing "spirits" in "Orgy of the Dead."
(Heck, bad guys sing in a lot of animated movies. Apply as needed)

Here we go:
"Troll"
"Labyrinth"
"Black Roses"
"The Dungeonmaster"
"From Dusk Till Dawn"
"Little Shop of Horrors"
Does "Leprechaun in the Hood" count? He has a musical number at the end.
Singing frogmen in "Return to Frogtown."
A monster sings "I Want To Eat Your Face" in "Spaceship."
Aylmer, the evil little brain parasite, sings in "Brain Damage."
Undead and witches sing and dance in "The Midnight Hour."

Several demons have sung on Angel. Also, Buffy had a musical episode.

Don't forget FORBIDDEN ZONE, where Satan and his minions perform "Minne the Moocher."

Ah and the countless Disney villians, fro that muck monster in Fern Gully to Scar in the Lion King and the many others out there too.

"Sir, if you were my husband, I would poison your drink."

--Lady Astor to Winston Churchill

"Madam, if you were my wife, I would drink it."

I don't know if this counts, but Christine[/url] only talks via old songs.

Audrey 2 from Little Shop of Horrors would also be a good example.

Duh, I totally missed Andrew's earlier reference to Forbidden Zone.....
