I thought this movie was totally entertaining. Definately among the good bad movies I think. (I did know Michael Myers wasn't going to appear before I watched it, if not I might have been dissapointed.)

This was the first Halloween movie i saw as a kid. I absolutely loved it then....and upon viewing as an adult for the first time, it holds up fairly well.
After the uninteresting trash that came later [odd druid connections, retarded stalk and kills, Loomis jumping out of nowhere and scaring the crap out of the people he's supposed to be saving] I feel that they missed a great opportunity to make it a themed series, not straight sequels.

Agreed!  I still to this day do not understand the whole story to  "The Curse of MM".  Season of the Witch, though is a pretty good movie, standing alone, out of the whole Halloween/Michael Myers context.

I think it should be re-relesed on DVD under a new tittle. It's not that bad, especially considering some of the other crap out there and it's much better than "Halloween 5." I think that one with Tyra Banks in it, was the worst. I think that's why they had to get Rob Zombie to reinvent the whole franchise.
