Livid right now: some idiot at my web hosting company suspended my account for going over a quota.  There are multiple idiocies involved here: no notice, just a suspension; their stated policy is to charge money for overages, not suspend accounts; and no one in customer service seems to know why the tech did what he did.  Idiot. 

Do not use premium hosting at DirectNIC.  I'll be changing my host as soon as possible.
