This one gets the odd air on SyFy (SciFi) a never watched it all but at one point there are all these people made into a "giant" by standing on one another pulling on each other.  It looks like a made for TV version of the Clive Barker story from Books of Blood.

Sounds like The Fallen Ones

They don't show it in the trailer, but at one point they've got a giant mummy that's some sort of weird clockwork mechanism with a whole bunch of people inside it.

Could be... I'd like to see the mummy to be sure, but the decription sounds pretty much spot on.
Boss, please don't list this as solved just yet!  I'd like to see if there is anything else.

The short story is Barker's "In the Hills, In the Cities"...though I havent seen the program you speak of, it may possibly be 1991's BOOK OF BLOOD or possibly an episode from the MASTERS of HORROR TV show.

Well at least according to Clive Barker's website, there does not seem to have been any adaptations of the Cities short story.

it seems to be a pretty complete listing.

If you've seen it on the SciFi channel, it's almost certainly got to be that Fallen Ones movie. Particularly if you have seen it in just the past couple of years.
