Suspiria Being Remade?

Just read this morning on a movie site that Dimenson films plans to remake Dario Argento's masterpiece Suspiria!  I hope this falls through.  Why is it that Hollywood wants to destroy everything that is good?  

"Hey, lets get Sarah Michelle Gellar to dance around a little bit, play some trendy rock, have a negative amount of scares, and just mess up a perfect film!"

AHHHHH!

I agree. Leave SUSPIRIA alone. A remake can only end in disaster.

It's a sad sad world when Hollywood has to take ALL the great films remake them and dumb them down for a new generation.

That one will be hard to do--they'll have to flesh things out a lot more to appeal to today's audience.
