Toy Story 3 is Not Best Picture

Pehaps theres a message somewhere in this video of importance.  However, they probably could have took a better counter approach instead of boycotting an award for Toy Story 3?  Its kind of laughably stupid if you ask me that they should do that. "Yeah we'll show them, they won't win an Oscar."  Sorry people, Disney has already made their money from TS3 twenty times over by now probably.  I doubt they'll care about another award to add to their already piled shelf.

What does ANY of that have to do with whether TS3 is a good film or not?

Also, not a single one of those people came right out and said "I worked on TS3 as {insert film crew/staff}."  So, basically, someone who might be the janitor at a Disney park or something is saying stick it to the film crew because of a deal they made with their employer?

Again, what does a labor dispute have to do with how good a movie is as a work of art?
