PIlgermann- It would be hard to understate how popular they and their first album were back in the 90's, at least where I was. How they never became huge is beyond me. They were ahead of their time though again, I would never say so publicly.

Hey, "Obsession" by Animotion is a great song. Sure its '80s synthpop, but its great '80s synthpop.

Anyway, Avril Lavigne is dumb as a box of rocks. She's so bad at everything that I would actually feel embarrassed for her if I could summon any sort of feeling for pop stars. A "punk rock girl" should at least know how to pronounce "David Bowie."
