Need Some Help With This One

Ok, a co-worker set me to task trying to find the name of a film.  Her information is scarce at best and I've had no luck.  Hopefully you guys can help!

Here is all I have to go on:

Madonna-esque girl finds a cougar or jaguar and keeps it as a pet.  She meets an uptight rich guy and teaches him how to loosen up.  Possibly made in the 80s or very early 90s. 

Anyone have any idea?

It sounds like "Who's That Girl?", which actually has Madonna in it (can't get much more Madonna-esque than that!).  I think it's a mountain lion in that one.

It's actually a kinda sorta remake/re-imagining of 'Bringing Up Baby' from the 30s with Grant and Hepburn, where they had a leopard.

It's available on Netflix instant streaming.  I always remember liking it for some odd reason, even though it's a completely preposterous film.  The mountain lion's name is Murray.
