anyone know the title of this movie?

Somehow there is the ability to go back in time, while two high school jocks must battle nazi's and the british while being helped out with a nerd. Somewhere in there they get teamed up with a nerd, and one gets 'the' girl in the end. Something like that. There was also a guy in a dino suit. Anyone know?

I was also thinking it sounded alot like "My Science Project" but I could be wrong.

Do you remember it having a scene where the kids are in their car racing down the highway alongside a glowing energy surge that's flowing through the power lines above them?

The guy in the passenger seat yells, "Whoa, now we are talking hyperspace!"

If so, then that's the one.
