Ever heard about or seen "The Cube"? It's a very cool movie about 6 guys (7 if you count with the guy in the beginning) that wakes up in a very big cube full with cube shaped rooms, and almost every room has a trap in it. Noone of the prisoners can remember how they got there, the only thing they know is that there's no big chance of getting out of there alive. Especially when youre getting slowed down by a brain damaged 30 year old that act like if he's 4. The Cube is a fantastic Sci-Fi-Thriller movie. A few funny quotes that I have to add to this topic is...
Leaven: ...yeah, what's out there?
Worth: Endless human stupidity...

-Don't you have a family or anything?!
Worth: Nope... but i got a fine collection of pornography.

Yeah Laser, Cube is definitely a favorite around these parts.  The movie's gotten incredible word-of-mouth, so I'm willing to bet that a lot of people have seen it by now.  I definitely enjoyed it, and pretty much agree with everything you said.  The premise itself is simply intriguing, which not many movies can attest to nowadays.  The sequel, on the other hand, is bad from what I've heard.  Pretty much a rehash of the first one, with bad special effects, acting, and no explanation or reason behind the Cube.  At least that's what I've heard; I have yet to see it, so I'm going strictly from what I've heard from some people.  Which is a shame, 'cuz I was looking forward to Cube 2.

Really distinctive, creative movies seldom have good sequels.

Cube is a favourite of mine too.

Cube is awesome.  I saw it late on the IFC a few months ago.  Really blew me away.  Recently saw the sequel despite the bad reviews I had read.  And yes, it was horrible, with horrible effects, and a horrible story.

I´ve seen it,and I loved it.The acting and the action is perfect,and so is the bad guy.

Say,does anybody know if"Cube 2:Hypercube"is gonna be released in South America?
