I could do a "10 worst movies of 2010" post, but I won't.  This time, I am asking you guys to give me what you think were the 10 worst movies of 2010.  There's just 1 rule.

No older films or newer films.  The movie has to have been made between Jan 1 and Dec 31 of 2010.

That's all badmoviephiles.  Twinkies, Ho-ho, Ding-dongs and all sorts of other junk food for everyone!
Babe, I'm leaving.  I must be on my way.  The time is drawing near.  The train is going.  I see it in your eyes.  The love beneath your tears.  And I'll be lonely without you.  And I'll need your love to see me through.  So please me.  My heart is your hands.  And I'll be missing you...

Do you want them messaged or posted?
Kubrick, Nolan, Tarantino, Wan, Iñárritu, Scorsese, Chaplin, Abrams, Wes Anderson, Gilliam, Kurosawa, Villeneuve - the elite

posted please.

Oh and a further note on the rule in concerns with multi-year movie projects.  They qualify if their finish dates are between Jan 1 and Dec 31 of 2010, not their start dates.  Thank you!

2001 Maniacs: Field of Screams (2010)

That's the only worst movie I've seen in 2010.

I actually didn't see ten bad movies with 2010 copyright dates.  Here are five losers (ranked worst to best).  To comply with WW's rule, I'm excluding lots of movies copyrighted 2009 that I (and most people) first saw in 2010, like BIG MONEY RUSTLAS, TRASH HUMPERS and THE HUMAN CENTIPEDE.

MACGRUBER
JONAH HEX
KICK ASS (controversial choice, to be sure, but this thing rubbed me the wrong way)
MEGA PIRANHA (though I enjoyed it)
ALICE IN WONDERLAND (more mediocre and disappointing than actually bad)

Thankfully I have not seen any of the movies on bob's list.  Yet.   :teddyr:

IMO, mediocre and disappointing is far worse than "bad."
I don't always talk about bad movies, but when I do, I prefer badmovies.org

In the case of MEGA PIRANHA, yes.  In the case of MACGRUBER, no---bad is worse.

So, so true. That film was HORRIBLE.

If the movie rubbed you the wrong way, then dear God, avoid the graphic novel at all costs.  Everyone in its more of a bastard and a-hole than in the movie.  Big Daddy is a horrible person and the reason why he does what he does with Hit-Girl is terrible.  It's one of the reason why I cannot go through reading the comic because it all leads up to that point.  Look it up and you'll be angry yourself.

We live in quite an interesting age. You can tell someone's sexual orientation and level of education from just their interests.

I actually might like that better because at least it's more honest.  In the movie Big Daddy was a monster for making Hit Girl, but was portrayed as a hero.
