From what I recall, Island of the Fish Men and Screamers are the same film. Although, the Screamers "version" features newly shot gore scenes so that it could be repackaged. The actual Island of the Fish Men was more of a tame Island of Dr. Muero (spelling?) type of film.

Also, there's a film called Robot Ninja. Yet the film features neither robots, ninjas, or robot-ninjas within it. It is merely a guy with a homemade suit trying to be a vigilante. And he doesn't even use any ninja "moves".

Dude! Thats Lord Zed from Power Rangers!

Even intergalactic tyrants have to start their careers somewhere.

We live in quite an interesting age. You can tell someone's sexual orientation and level of education from just their interests.

If God exists, why did he make me an atheist? Thats His first mistake.

That doesn't look a bit like Miss Crump.
If you're an Andy Milligan fan there's no hope for you.

What's this movie about?  Two kids going off to the wilderness to meet and old friend that gave up on society, rediscover themselves, frolic in the wilderness, and various other Age of Aquarius feel good stuff.

In the last fifteen minutes or so, two hicks attack them and the girl gets raped in a   rather non gratuitous.  The guy has a fight with them where he decides violence isn't the answer and the girl learns to move on and cope.

So, why horror styled box art?
Robert Englund is in the last ten minutes of the movie.
As a good guy.

Film is nowhere near as cool in actuality as this makes it look.

The one below is actually much more appropriate...

"This above all: To thine own self be true!"

The DVD cover of the 1986 film "Trick or Treat" has Ozzy Osbourne and Gene Simmons on the cover as the "stars." Both only have small cameos. The picture on the cover is a cut and paste job featuring recent pictures of the two, and not as they appear in the film. What's really funny is the DVD art for "Leprecaun." It features a picture of Jennifer Aniston, not from the film but from a few years later sporting her "Rachel" haircut. It's funny because Jennifer has such a bad attitude about that movie. If Julia Roberts can laugh about "Satisfaction," Jen shouldn't be so snotty about "Leprecaun."

The monster in this film looks like a alien, from the movie Alien, mixed with the blob and done as a hand puppet. Not quite like this picture might suggest.

Paul Naschy's FRANKENSTEIN'S BLOODY TERROR (1968). I saw it on TV -onna uhf channel at about 4 in the afternoon-it was better than watching the ball game on alla other channels. I was expecting Frankenstein's monster. Of course,at the tender age of 10,I had no clue of Sam Sherman's madness. Well,I had seen DRACULA VS FRANKENSTEIN-and was p**sed because of that travesty-(Dracula had an afro!),but-ah-I digress.

No f**king Frankenstein Monster. I sat through this thinking I was gonna see Frankenstein. I saw a werewolf movie. It was 1972 and I was ten. I waited...and when it was over.I was like-"What the f**k?".
I like it for what it is now-a Paul Naschy werewolf movie.
But-dam you Sam Sherman-! Sneaky carny of a film maker!  :bouncegiggle:

Supernatural?...perhaps. Baloney?...Perhaps not!" Bela Lugosi-the BLACK CAT (1934)
Interviewer-"Does Dracula ever end for you?
Lugosi-"No. Dracula-never ends."
