Bruce Lee vs. Jet Li who would win?

Last week a friend and I got into a agrument about Jet Li fighting Bruce Li. He said Jet Li would kick Bruce Lee's butt, and I responded "Yeah only if Jet Li was using wire-fu, Bruce Lee was possibly one of the most powerful people ever born and he'd ripp Jet Li to shreds" (No disrespect to Jet Li and wire-fu. Jet Li is my second favorite martial artist celebraty but Bruce Lee is by far my favorite). We just sorta changed the subject a littie while later and forgot about it. But if some how Bruce Lee came back to live and he ran into Jet Li and the two decided to fight who would win. I'd put my money on Bruce Lee because he's the King of Kung-Fu. What do you guys think?

I think judging how well a particular martial artist-turned-actor would do in an actual fight based on how they did in choreographed movies is kinda interesting.  I mean, judging from movie fights, Wesley Snipes, Christopher Lee and Frank Oz's puppets could whip Bruce Lee, Jet Li, Chuck Norris,a dn JCVD together :)

I mean a real life fight, no fake blood, no director yelling "cut", no wires, no stunt doubles. (Gee "Fearless" not only in name)

Well, that's my point :)   How can you look at a series of movies and figure out who would win ina real fight?

Ohhhh. Well Bruce Lee was more realistic and so I develoed a feeling of just how powerful he is, while Jet Li always uses wires and is unrealistc. Bruce Lee has actually entered martial arts contest and won, he's even fought gangs and still beat the crud out of them. I mean just guess on who would win.

Well beings as Bruce is dead and Jet is alive. I'd say Jet would win. Hell, I'd win in a fight againd Bruce now. Don't know how well my stomach would fair though :-)

I don't know anything about Jet Li's background -- what he has studied or for how long, but I'd put my money on Bruce.  He never seemed like someone who was doing martial arts, it was more like he was kung fu.

If Abraham Lincoln was alive today, what would be be doing?
Hed would be:
a) writing his memoirs
b) advising the current president
c) screaming and clawing like mad at the inside of his coffin
