Gouda as mentioned is good, but gouda aged 5 years is spectacular if you haven't tried it and "need a (not so) new cheese".  It's crumbly, grainy, nutty and a bit salty, and intensely flavorful.
If you want to view paradise . . . simply look around and view it!
