Spoilers, but I don't think they matter.  You can get this plot information off of the outside cover.

It is very boring.  It is often poorly lit.  The acting is bad, but not in an amusing way bad.

 For the first half or so it is just a low budget prison movie.  The prisoners do spend a lot of time huffing formaldahyde when the guards are distracted.  Then they attempt to break out of the wire enclosed "prison."  They get shot to death by the law.  For some reason, the formaldahyde sniffing causes them to come back as zombies (which, in addition to killing people, spend some more time huffing the noxious stuff).

I'd give it a one out of five.

Thanks for the info. Won't be buying that one anytime soon. : ) The title and cover looked good. Maybe after viewing a couple hundred movies on my current list. Then maybe I'll take the time to view GARDEN OF THE DEAD.

Never saw it but never really wanted to- there's far better movies out there. I've always heard it was notoriously bad and boring as Andrew described it.
