This looked like a Japanese version of "Humanoids from the Deep."  It was, but in this movie the fish-like monster is an evil spirit and there is only one of them.  There is a needless subplot about the heroine not wanting to embrace her destiny (she is the last of the Dragon Clan).  I guess it is integral to the story, but the whole issue becomes tedious.  Other characters include a con artist who passes himself off as a magician (most unbelievable) and a big detective fellow.

Of course there are some naked women, because the monster kills the men, takes the women, and does a little interspecies spawning in the underwater lair.  Almost everybody on this island walks around in pairs of two (man and woman), as if they are ready for Noah to pull up and yell, "Get aboard!"

The monster suit is acceptable except for around the eyes.  They simply cut out the eye area, so you see the person's eyes inside.

Lesson Learned:  Feng Shui is an ancient cult of demon fighters.

And just for the record, that big detective is actually Japanese wrestling megastar Keiji Muto aka The Great Muta. See, it isn't just Hollywood and Mexico that makes wrestlers into movie stars.

And I agree that Dragon Blue is painfully tedious.
