Here she is.  I need to get a good digital picture with her eyes open.  She always wants to go to sleep when I get the camera out.  Yes, she looks a lot like me.  Katie is wondering if any of her genes made it at all.

I've always had this bizzare obsection with what does the author/creator look like. I mean I use to wonder what the guy who drew Garfield looks like. What do you look like? I kinda wanna do a comparison between you and your daughter.

Military duties it is on account of me actually having lots of experience with cameras, so I pick up photographer duties.  If I am not snapping pictures, I am probably instructing.  There are lots of pictures out there of me at machinegun ranges, grenade ranges, etc, but I do not have any.

Funny thing is that you might have seen me any number of times.  I have done color guards for professional sports games, parades (including the one with CWO Young on Monday, I mentioned to him about his missing cover), and a couple of big funerals.  I was one of the honor guard for Tip O'Neill's funeral, for example.

Anyway, here is Katie and my then CO, LtCol Grozinski, pinning my SSgt stripes on my collar.

No, she is an absolute terror at night.  From 2200 till about 0400 she is possessed by demons and will not stop crying.   Katie says that this phase passes.  I really hope so.
