I'm actually not going to provide any, because I am far from an expert on great gore flicks. I am, however, very interested in what you guys will post. So I guess I have some selfish reasons for this one. So, these can be your clearcut splatter film genre titles, but not necessarily. Let's see your Top 5 gore flicks.
I don't always talk about bad movies, but when I do, I prefer badmovies.org

Most of these are pretty obvious. I don't like my fifth choice, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

3 DAY OF THE DEAD
4 RIKI OH: THE STORY OF RIKI
5 MEN BEHIND THE SUN

Psycho Circus

Street Trash
Cut & Run
Nightmares In A Damaged Brain

Are you talking about the 1979 Fulci film? I've always heard about it, but never seen. It looks excruciating.

I've seen Ilsa: She-Wolf of the SS, but I haven't seen any others you've listed. The only one I've never heard of is Cut & Run.

I don't think I can give a top five, but Dead Alive is definitely up there. If you don't believe gore can be a ton of fun, this film should prove you wrong.

Since Zombi was brought up, it's pretty much a must see. Best eyeball scene since Un Chien Andalou. Not a bad movie, in its own right, too.

Hatchet wasn't really a "good" film, but you could tell the filmmaker's really approached the gore factor with love. About every ten minutes the villain would show up and attack one of the characters with a very lo-fi attack of gratuitous gore. Kind of a stupid film, but the gore was incredible.

And, so you don't have to watch the rest of the movie, the opening scene of Wrong Turn 2.

The rest of the movie is terrible, but I woke up my roommates just so they could watch that scene.
Every dead body that is not exterminated becomes one of them. It gets up and kills. The people it kills, get up and kill.

Not really my favorite genre, but that makes it easy to pick out the titles that stand out.  The first two are great movies, I appreciate the others just for the cheese.

DEAD ALIVE
RE-ANIMATOR
BLOOD FEAST
BLOOD FREAK
BLOOD DINER
I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

Yes it is. I guess some people might think it's a bit much because he really lingers on the gore. And some people are disappointed with it because it's not really an all out horror flick. It's part adventure film too.

There's also AMC'S THE WALKING DEAD.
