Will somebody please inform this imbecel that he's really never been that funny! I'd rather watch old Jerry Lewis movies (and oh how i loathe him!) for 72 hours!
Ole Jim Carrey has a bad case of Jeff Goldblume-itus (does he ever play anything other than Jim Carrey acting like a childish mongoloid?)
I say there should be a world wide ban on all of his movies.

Well, I did like The Mask, and though I've only seen parts of Man in the Moon, he was dead on as Andy Kaufman.

The Burgomaster

For the most part, I like Jim C. But I agree that his act is getting a little old and he needs to think of something new.

Oh, come on, he isn't that bad.  Don't tell me you didn't laugh out loud at least once during Dumb and Dumber?

Fearless Freep

When your claim to fame is a certain limited 'schtick', it's very hard to have a career, especially as a lead man, because the schtick grows old and it's hard to come up with new ways to carry a movie that way.  As a character part or sideman, or commercial character, you can stretch it much longer

I thought Liar, Liar was great. I also liked The Truman Show.

Jim has shown that he is capable of having other roles (Majestic, Truman Show, and while it was a bad movie, Bruce Almighty) besides his idiocy. However, his erarly imbecile antics and apparent line crossing (anyone remember him flashing the oscars) have made sure he will never rise above what he is
