Part of my weekly exercise involves 30 minutes on a punching bag. Its great exercise.

I've punched quite a few people in the face and I've been punched a fair bit myself. It's not really that fun anymore, as you can't punch anyone these days without the police getting involved as well as solicitors. I actually find that when someone smacks me in the chops, it doesn't hurt at all, but obviously when I hit them back it usually leads to me being arrested.

Those days are behind me now, I like to think I have mellowed......a little.

I have had my ass kicked quite a few times,mostly during my competion days.
I enjoy going on my punchbag and i must admit outside of competions i have never had a fight,i consider myself to be quite a mellow person
