Handy Wood arrested

A Pennsylvania man got himself in a bit of trouble with the law.  A man named Handy Wood.

State police at Newport said Handy Henry Wood, 35, first exposed himself to a female worker while going through the drive-thru at the McDonald's in Howe Township on May 17.

Almost two weeks later, police said Wood parked beside a woman in a shopping center parking lot and exposed himself on May 29.

Yes but they grabbed him too hard on apprehension and he fell to the ground flaccid.
