Going by the number of times I've watched them, I'd have to say:

Smokey and the Bandit
Slap Shot
The Blues Brothers
Ghostbusters
Weird Science
National Lampoon's Vacation
National Lampoon's Animal House
Blazing Saddles
Yellowbeard
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
Monty Python's The Life of Brian
Cannonball Run

and if I took enough time, I could probably keep right on going, but those are the first ones that spring to mind.

Every single one of Kevin Smith's films

Even Clerks 2?
What's wrong with Clerks 2?

Quite endearing, actually.

Don't get too close, it's dark inside.

Personally I think its one of the worst things I have ever seen. Some of the Randle bits are funny, but the go karting? the prison bit? Come on. Each to their own I guess.

The Big Lebowski is my all-time favourite comedy filmm. Others are In Bruges and Superbad.

It all makes sense.  Adds to it, frankly.  And, he's made worse.  Jersey Girl springs to mind.  As does that Cop Out movie.

Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4yzjtnj8Y3U

Essentially, a spoof of the "Musical Biopic" movie genre.  The 'bulk' of the plot kinda mirrors "Walk The Line", Johnny Cash's movie.  However, there's things that happen to Dewey throughout the film that reference and spoof Ray Charles, The Beach Boys/Brian Wilson, inventing Punk Rock, Bob Dylan.  His career spans around 50 years, and throughout the movie, he encounters the likes of Buddy Holly, Elvis, The Beatles, Pearl Jam, Lyle Lovett, rappers, battles drug addiction, failed marriages, death, dozens of kids, and a comeback special.

"The path to Heaven runs through miles of clouded Hell."

Don't get too close, it's dark inside.
It's where my demons hide, it's where my demons hide.
