Alex Baumans sent me a link to a page about flying slugs.  Someone invented an alternate Earth where carnivorous, flying slugs evolved.  As Alex pointed out, these little suckers would be great in a b-movie.

SLUGS 2: THE SPAWNING

I'd pay to see it!

Chopper

that would be a great gimmick for a sequel to the horror movie Slugs. Ughhhhh, i better shut-up before some hollywood agent reads this and gets an idea.

Wouldn't they be eaten by the flying piranhas?

Funny you people mention this, because last week an spanish program showed the first "Slugs" together with an interview with Juan Piquer Simon. Never had sat through the entire movie, and it was quite painful to watch (bad dialogue + bad acting + loads of gore), but the interview was quite funny. Appart from learning how difficult it was to work with live slugs, he mentioned that they had been working (pre-production only) in a sequel, but that he soon became interested in another project and they abondoned it. So, that sequel could actually be done (shrugs).

Due to the horrifying nature of this film, no one will be admitted to the theatre.

Nice site, Andrew. Sure took a lot of time think over the consiquences of a flying slug environment. Sad, realy.

Ha! This is great stuff, to tell you the truth,  I would be more afraid of flying cats... those bastards

Being snail/slug phobic, the images are terrifying.  Still, I would pay to see it, no doubt about that.

Looks like a funny idea.

I have a big Ram'shorn snail in my aquarium.

I'll look at him in a whole new light now!

Whoever wrote that sure seemed to have alot of time on their hands!
