Pretty specious reasoning, de rigueur for most science reporting. You mean sitting still and getting no exercise isn't as healthy as doing something?

I do find it amusing that they got the exact figure of 22 minutes less of life for every hour of television watched. That's roughly the amount of commercials watched for every hour of actual television.
