Junking out at midnite, what's the best way to go?

Fiddle faddle with milk, or perhaps some Ben & Jerry chocolate chipp cookie dough. Occasionally Captain cruch Peanut butter works well, or Lucky Charms. Or?

If you are talking sweets, I like something with crunch, like nuts.  Pay Day, Almond Joy, maybe even Butterfinger, Snickers, Goobers, etc.  I think there's something called Poppycock, which is like Crunch 'N Munch but better IMO. 

If you are talking non-sweets, head over to Taco Bell and get those cheesy beef burritos (I can't remember what the hell they're called, but they PACK on the goopy cheese).  Heaven.

Sweets: Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
Non-Sweet: Grilled Cheese, Doritos.

I love Reese's peanut butter cups, or else a Hershey's bar with almonds, or a Heath bar.  I prefer them fresh out of the refrigerator. 

For salty, take some tortilla chips, cover them in mounds of shredded mozzarella, nuke 'em until the cheese is all nice and melty, then put some salsa sauce over the top.  Or else just get some Pringle's sour cream 'n' onion chips, and nuke up a bit of nacho cheese to dip them in.

Oh man. I don't really do many late night junk outs anymore, but I always liked the ones that had some kind of process or ritual to them. My favorite junk out to late night movie watching? A big Hershey bar and a jar of peanut butter. That's it. Just sit back, break off a piece of Hershey bar, dig up a generous portion of PB with it, and that's what dreams are made of, ladies and gentlemen.

When I lived in Canada, there was a candy called Clodhoppers.  Man, THEY were the duck's nuts.
