I still don't get it.
You do know that both of the Conan movies are based on books?
They're adaptations.

I hate it when I get a movie from Netflix that sounded really interesting when I added it to my queue, but by the time it makes its way to the top of the queue, well, that ain't the case any more.  But I've gotta watch it because, you know, at one time I wanted to see it.  So there it sits.  Staring at me from its bright red envelope.
