That '80s Show was a terrible 'spin-off/knockoff' of That '70s Show by the same producers, trying to capitalize on a wave of '80s nostalgia a few years ago.  It sucked, horribly.  But it was the only show I could think of at the time.  That's My Bush! was a sitcom by the South Park guys, parodying George Bush and the generic sitcom.  It was pretty well done show.
