I like hot wings. No, I love hot wings.

I'm on a quest for the perfect hot wing. None of this baked wing garbage. I want them deep-fried, no breading, and then smothered in the perfect sauce. The perfect sauce for me is one that is apocalypticly hot, but still manages to be flavorful and tangy. I mean it about the hot, too. If I ever find a local spot that can make wings that I am afraid to eat, I will be a customer for life.

But don't get me wrong, I'll eat the standard quality wings, too. For my money, they are the food I will never get tired of.

Now if they weren't so damned overpriced...
