What is the maximum pixel size for avatars?

100 by 100 pixels.  Also, there is a size limit of 30KB. 

Could you please reduce the size of your signature image?  It's a bit large and distracting.

I'll try. I've never shrunk a .gif before but I'll see what I can do.
