Naked Cowboy force feed to hungry young calves ?

Not sure about this one , but  it seemed like it was a 90s film, with perhaps Ron Pearlman in it  as a  sheriff ? ( happy texas ??)

There is one scene however where these captured men / cowboys are basically held hostage for some information,  or risk having their peckers feed ( sucked ) by some hungry young calves .

This was the idea any way, but not sure what happened after that ..

Any one have any ideas ?

Yes, I think that must be it - 

Strange, I must of seen a lot of western related films round then - hence the mix up.
