Chinese film, 2 men suicide by cop in end

I want to say that Anthony Wong Chau-Sang is in it but maybe not. The movie starts of with a guy drunk getting arrested. Another guy who was arrested and him escape from jail. I don't think they got along at first. By the end of the film, they are running from the cops and get cornered. They decide to let the cops shoot them rather than turn themselves in. I rented the DVD from Netflix a couple years ago after catching the preview on the Initial D movie and can't remember what it's called. Please help. Google turns up no results.

I don't believe that was it. Without seeing a clip I can't be sure. The escape was more so from a holding cell than a prison. Like Andy Griffith Show's jail.
