An Old Turkey short..

So I was watching a Christmas movie back a month(it was either White Christmas, Holiday Inn or Miracle on 34th Street(older one)) and after it was over, they had this one short that initially showed how to properly cut a turkey for guests/family and after that, they showed this guy who didn't know what he was doing and it was funny. It had to have been from the 40's and the title was something like "(Name) Does Turkey".  Any help at all or where to better find this title?
