Oiy.
I really don't know what to say, that is a serious injury to your mojo.  My condolences.  It's ironic, I read an article about near death experiences less than an hour ago.  They say that the reports cannot be hallucinations, because they happen at times when the brain is completely shut down.  I don't know if there is an afterlife, but I can give you that idea to contemplate.
