I just received another batch of DVD-Rs from Super Strange Video:

* TOMORROW I'LL WAKE UP AND SCALD MYSELF WITH TEA (1977)

Be sure to report on this one. I've been hoping it will get a legitimate release someday, but it will probably never happen.  :bluesad:

* THE SOUTH INDIAN SUPERMAN (1980)

This one I know will never get a legitimate release---DC would never allow it. I've heard "good" things about it.
I'll take you places the hand of man has not yet set foot...

my most recent purchase is Chilling Classics 50 movie pack and there are some real gems on it such as Funeral Home, Oasis of the Zombies, The HeArse and Snowbeast-well worth the 14.95 I paid for it

...because how often have we all said, "I need to see Gene Kelly rollerskating in a movie where Olivia Newton-John morphs into a cartoon bird"?  Too often, I would say.

Death Wish was too good a movie for me to own, so what's the next best thing?  THIS.

Saw this a while back and decided it was worth six bucks.  I actually thought I already had this, but a thorough search of the DVD collection reveals I was mistaken.

And a fun giant mosquito movie.

#2304
I added this to my Amazon wish list back on October 29, 2006, so I decided it was finally time to buy it.

And got this too:

And a couple seasons of Grounded For Life

Oh and this too:

And some Mongolian Death Worm for dessert.  This movie was inspired by an episode of Destination Truth, so it's almost like it really happened!

Not a bad haul for $30.95 total.

Then I went and bought this too:

It was an amusing little show.

And I made my semi-annual Blu ray purchase:

The world is changed by your example, not by your opinion.

Nice, but, I stop at DVD, no blu-ray, streaming, I'm done with the continuing money  sucking format changes.

Yard sale season begins: picked up Citizen X, Planet of the Apes and Judge Dredd.  Doggett would be proud of me.

Dark Shadows the complete  limited  edition. It arrived a  day before  I learned Frid  had died. The  edition includes his signature on a picture and it is huge. Glad I got it before the price  doubled and even tripled.

I'm doing an article over at The Bloodsprayer on the history of Bigfoot movies...God help me...

Oh, if you have never seen it before, well you are in for a treat.  It's not a good treat, mind you.  Sort of a bad treat.
