This film isn't available for rent where I live, so if I want to see it I have to buy it. Is it worth it? Is it 1.A film that's so bad it's funny  2.A film so bad, I'm gonna fall asleep, or 3.A film so bad, I'm gonna hang myself.

It is bad, but bearable from my perspective.  Once again you have John Carradine spouting techno-babble, so that's a plus.  The title creature is realized in a silly/interesting way.  The best part is when its solar batteries begin to run low and it grabs a flashlight hold against the chip on its forehead.

Most people will want to rent this one.

I actually know and have acted with a woman who acted for Ted V. Mikels.  She said he was so cheap he used to feed his cast pickle sandwiches.

Yep, thats her. Best thing in Astro Zombies, though the Chicano dude with the switchblade had some.....oh...screen presence? I had to riff on this thing when Fritz the Niteowl showed it. It was the only cure for the pain till the beer kicked in......
