Our girls are home from college for the summer, so we're bugging the crap out of them.  It's 9:00 on a Saturday morning and they're still in bed, so we're knocking on their doors:

"It's a beautiful morning, would you like to get up and take a walk with us?" 

"Mrumph. muh...NO."

"Are you sure?  It's a beautiful morning!"

I'm enjoying a rare Thursday off and I drove a few miles to my hometown courthouse to get a copy of my birth certificate....they're kind of expensive these days.  It's a pretty warm day...91 degrees...so the air conditioner is getting a workout. I'm by nature a cold weather person so the heat bothers me....shoulda moved to Colorado by now.
