That reminds me of a small group of woman in New York getting arrested several years ago for going topless in public. Then, a HUGE group took off their shirts and marched in protest. They were permitted because what they were doing was considered a political statement. So, a half a dozen with their boobies out = illegal, several thousand with their boobies out = constitutionally protected.

I guess I get it, even the system wants to see more boobies.
