Just PM Andrew and ask him to do it. I'm not sure if any admin can disable karma, but I know he can.

I find karma an invaluable tool if one were interested in the history of discussions.  I look at other people's karma - and what they awarded or smited - often. 
If you want to view paradise . . . simply look around and view it!
