It's GLYN DEARMAN - the best of all the Tiny Tims.  You're up ANDYC.
If you want to view paradise . . . simply look around and view it!

Looks a bit like LOUIS PRIMA.  But it isn't.  Another hint?
If you want to view paradise . . . simply look around and view it!

Voiced a popular cartoon character.

Yeh, I kind of guessed that from your first clue... I'm great with faces, especially actors, but I don't think I recognize him.  It's not MEL BLANC...

As AndyC's photo could possibly suggest the 50's... is it actually an early 60's photo?

Raffine

Is it Alan Reed aka Fred Flintstone?
If you're an Andy Milligan fan there's no hope for you.

AndyC

It is indeed Alan Reed, the original Fred Flintstone.

A slightly different tact this time:

A familiar face - but can you come up with the name?

If you're an Andy Milligan fan there's no hope for you.

Now that's a face I recognize.  Raffine, you are the master... who the hell is it!?

Any clues? That photo looks like it's from the 70's...

Leah

Robert Wagner from It Takes A Thief?
yeah no.

Raffine

Nope, not Wagner.

This actor with a rather odd name was a staple guest star on cop shows and dramas all during the '70s and '80s, sometimes appearing on a series in multiple episodes as different characters.

One movie from 1980 in which he had a small role was the subject of some intense and occasionally violent protests during production and its initial release.
If you're an Andy Milligan fan there's no hope for you.
